How a project runs
Conversation and site visit
We start with a call, then a visit. We want to understand the scope of work, what you are hoping for, and what has to stay within budget.
Scope and pricing
Working from your architect's or designer's drawings, we settle the scope and price it clearly, with the trade-offs spelled out before anything is signed.
Preparation and construction
Trades, materials, approvals and building requirements are lined up before demolition. During the build, you get one point of contact and a schedule that holds.
Walkthrough and handover
We finish with a detailed walkthrough, a completed punch list, and the documentation you need to look after the space.
