NGM is a full-service interior renovation company based in Brooklyn. We work closely with architects, designers and clients throughout every project, and we keep the number of active jobs small enough that the partners stay in the details of each one.
Company
NGM Remodeling is the renovation practice of NGM Vision Group, a privately held company on Court Street in Brooklyn. Our work is interior renovation and construction management: Brooklyn brownstones, private houses, city apartments, building hallways and lobbies, and commercial spaces across the five boroughs of New York City, plus Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
We provide construction and project management rather than design-build, which means we work from your architect's or designer's drawings and bring our own trades to the job, from demolition and carpentry through plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tiling, flooring, plaster and finish paint.
What sets us apart is how close we stay to the work, and a capability most contractors do not have: when a design calls for it, we fabricate and import custom European windows, doors and kitchens ourselves.
Leadership
Licensed general contractor with more than 20 years of experience. Mike leads construction and is the day-to-day contact on most NGM projects.
More than 15 years of experience in lighting and electrical projects. Nick leads NGM's lighting and electrical work, which is planned alongside construction rather than after it.
Mike and Nick have collaborated for more than a decade, and the same two people who price a project are the ones on site while it is built.
